Jason Hepton joins CBRE’s Industrial Team in Hawaii

CBRE today announced the addition of Jason Hepton to its industrial practice in Hawaii. Mr. Hepton, who will be based at the Honolulu office, is moving back home from Woodland Hills, California where he was at CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Consulting division.

“Jason gained critical client care and account management experience working with Northrop Grumman, a Global Fortune 100 Company,” said Kimberly K. Lord, Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s Hawaii region. “With his knowledge and abilities, we will be able to continue growing our industrial market share in the region, which is a strategic priority for us.”

Upon his move, Mr. Hepton will focus on supporting local industrial owners and occupiers that have a retail component to their businesses while continuing some work with Northrop Grumman.

As account manager for over 13 years, Mr. Hepton provided a variety of services, including transaction management, project management and portfolio consolidations, among other long-term strategic solutions. Mr. Hepton began his career at CBRE in 2003, providing brokerage tenant representation to occupiers for such companies as Allied Industries, Inc., AVEOX, Inc., USA Union International, Tripoint Engineering, Walmart, and Youngblood Skin Care Products.

Mr. Hepton is a graduate from Punahou School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
