Josh Tarkow, SIOR, has joined the firm’s Tampa office as a Senior Vice President

CBRE announced that Josh Tarkow, SIOR, has joined the firm’s Tampa office as a Senior Vice President. In this role, Mr. Tarkow will represent industrial property owners and occupiers throughout the Tampa Bay area.

His forward-thinking, client-orientated approach has allowed him to orchestrate lease negotiations and relocation strategies on behalf of institutional REITS, and local and Fortune 500 occupiers. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Tarkow has been involved in more than 500 lease and sales transactions totaling over 10 million square feet. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield.

Mr. Tarkow earned a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University.
