Laren Eustace joins CBRE’s Industrial Brokerage in Hawaii

CBRE continues to grow its industrial brokerage capabilities across the Hawaii region

CBRE today announced it hired Laren Eustace to add to its industrial practice in Hawaii. Laren will be based out of the firm’s Honolulu office.

Lord, Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s Hawaii region. “I am confident he will have an immediate impact and provide outstanding outcomes for clients. He brings a unique talent, a one-of-a-kind approach and will support and elevate our local and national industrial practice with his strong leasing expertise and background.”

Mr. Eustace joins CBRE as an Associate from NAI | CBI, Inc., where he advised clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies. After completing over three years of industrial tenant representation assignments, Mr. Eustace is actively pursuing and building a portfolio of industrial landlord representation listings on Oahu.

He will work exclusively with Peter Grossman, Senior Vice President, Norbert Buelsing, Senior Vice President, Jie Xie, Senior Associate and Keane Omaye-Backman, Associate.

“Laren has valuable commercial real estate experience in the local market,” said Mr. Grossman. “With his knowledge and abilities, we will be able to continue growing our industrial market share in the region.”

Mr. Eustace holds a Hawaii Real Estate Salespersons license. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Indiana University, where he competed for the school’s collegiate Division-1 level baseball team.
