Local Toy Manufacturer Signs New 18,317 SF Office Lease in Sunrise, Fla

CBRE has facilitated a new 18,317-square-foot office lease to Jazwares, LLC in Sunrise, Fla. The toy manufacturing company recently moved approximately 50 employees into their space on the third floor of Lakeshore Plaza II, a 128,470-square-foot office building in Sawgrass International Corporate Park.

Madelayne Garcia of CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services in South Florida represented the landlord, TR Lake Shore Plaza, LLC. Jonathan Kingsley and Jarred Goodstein of Colliers represented Jazwares. 

“This transaction signifies the strength of the office market in South Florida. Tenants continue to favor properties such as Sawgrass International Corporate Park, a property in wonderful overall condition and ownership, that provides access to nearby amenities, including numerous restaurants, cafés, and entertainment venues at Sawgrass Mills Mall,” said CBRE’s Garcia, a senior vice president in Fort Lauderdale.

Located at 1300 Concord Terrace, Lakeshore Plaza II provides immediate access to Interstate 75, Interstate 595, Sawgrass Expressway, and Florida’s Turnpike. The property is currently 94 percent occupied by 10 professional services tenants, including companies in the telecommunications, insurance, electric, computer software and law industries.
