Locally Based Coffee Shop, 321 Coffee, Expands Triangle Presence with New Location at Durham ID

Raleigh, NC – May 3, 2022 – CBRE|Raleigh is pleased to join Longfellow Real Estate Partners in announcing 321 Coffee has leased 1,200 square feet at 300 Morris Street located in the Durham ID campus. This site will be the locally based company’s second brick and mortar location and fourth overall in the Triangle, with an expected opening in late summer of this year.

321 Coffee is a coffee shop and roaster built on inclusion. The company was founded in 2017 on a vision to create work opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). It began as a vendor for local events around the Triangle and created a presence in the Raleigh community. Today, 321 Coffee employs over 30 adults with IDD at their coffee shop at the NC State Farmers Market.

Major tenants in the campus include the Duke Clinical Research Institute, Kimley-Horn, Longfellow Real Estate Partners, and Spreedly.
