Marko Glavadanovic Joins CBRE as First Vice President

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Glavadanovic served as a Senior Director at Avison Young’s Long Island office, specializing in industrial and office transactions. While at Alison Young, he spearheaded the strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis, lease and sale negotiations for many top tenants and owners. Before his tenure at Alison Young, Mr. Glavadanovic was a Senior Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Long Island. He also served as a sales and Project Manager at AKS International (“AKS”) in Long Island City where he was a member of the project team working on assignments at LaGuardia Airport, Lehman College and Hudson Yards.
Mr. Glavadanovic is an active member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society and the Croatian-American Charitable Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Zagreb, the oldest and biggest university in Croatia and second largest in Southeastern Europe.
