New Tenants Complete Fresh Roster of Retailers at Mixed-Use Center in Cary

Raleigh, NC – July 13, 2022 – CBRE|Raleigh is pleased to join Stoltz Management in welcoming three new retailers to The Arboretum at Weston in Cary, NC. First Watch, La Victoria Cocina Mexicana, and Loozieloo Children’s Boutique have committed to joining the community of businesses at the mixed-use center with anticipation of opening in the coming months.

First Watch is an award-winning restaurant serving breakfast, brunch and lunch with an emphasis on fresh ingredients. Serving as a daytime café, First Watch regularly rotates their menu for seasonal and varied cuisine themes. The First Watch restaurants in Eastern North Carolina have been owned and operated locally by Vim Holdings LLC since 2013, and this will be there 22nd location. Arboretum will be the inaugural brick and mortar location for Loozieloo Children’s Boutique after building a successful online business offering a collection of fine children’s clothing and gifts. La Victoria Cocina Mexicana is owned by the Fonda Lupita Group who recently made headlines for its location in Sanford, NC. It was named one of the 11 “Best New Restaurants in America” according to national food-focused website, Eater and specializes in traditional Mexican homemade dishes.

The Arboretum at Weston is an 87,800 square foot retail, office and residential development located at the intersection of Weston Parkway and North Harrison Avenue. La Victoria Cocina Mexicana, First Watch and Loozieloo Children’s Boutique join a tenant roster that includes Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, BurgerFi, Raleigh Brewing Company, Garman Homes, and Title Boxing Club.
