NYC Office Suites Inks Lease at The Chanin Building at 122 East 42nd Street

In a transaction arranged by CBRE, NYC Office Suites has inked a 31,433-sq.-ft. lease at The Chanin Building at 122 East 42nd Street. The flex office space provider will occupy the entire fourth floor of the 56-story office tower located on the southwest corner of 42nd Street and Lexington Avenue.

The CBRE team of Arkady Smolyansky and Roger Griswold represented NYC Office Suites in the lease negotiations.

“The fully built out office space, which was never on the market, was ideal for our client’s expansion needs,” said Mr. Smolyansky. “As people start returning to the office and companies begin reoccupying space in Manhattan, buildings in the Grand Central area and at other major transportation hubs are in high demand, which made this deal a win-win for NYC Office Suites.”
