Publix-Anchored Mixed-Use Development Coming to the Heart of Rolesville, NC

Raleigh, NC – June 23, 2022 – CBRE|Raleigh’s Retail Services group is pleased to announce they have been awarded leasing responsibilities by Crosland Southeast and Harbour Retail Partners for its upcoming grocery-anchored mixed-use development, Wallbrook, located in Rolesville, NC. The 78-acre mixed-use development will include up to 265,000 square feet of commercial space and 140 residential units.

Wallbrook is positioned at the intersection of South Main Street and Jonesville Road in the center of Rolesville. The first phase of the development will be roughly 80,000 square feet and will be anchored by a 50,000 square foot Publix. This marks the eighth location in the Triangle for the national grocery store.
