State of Florida Announces 4-Acre Property for Sale in Downtown Fort Lauderdale

The State of Florida has selected CBRE as the exclusive agent to market a +/- 4.33-acre property in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., including a +/- 113,710-square-foot office building at 201 W. Broward Boulevard.

David Wigoda, a Senior Vice President with CBRE and a capital markets specialist in Fort Lauderdale, and Lee Ann Korst, Southeast Regional Manager of CBRE’s Public Institutions and Education Solutions (PIES), will represent the State of Florida. CBRE’s PIES Group provides real estate services to state, county, city, and educational institutions around the country.

“Located prominently along Northwest 2nd Avenue on the East and Broward Boulevard on the South, this site presents an opportunity to inject modern real estate and attract possible multifamily, office, medical, hospitality, entertainment and retail companies to the area,” said Ms. Korst, a Senior Vice President with CBRE.

The property is to be sold via sealed bid, which will be accepted until noon EST on Tuesday, October 25.
