Triad-Based Commercial Company Purchases Office Park in Greensboro

Raleigh, NC – June 29, 2022 – CBRE|Triad and CBRE|Raleigh are pleased to announce the sale of Airpark East Office Park in Greensboro, NC on behalf of Highwoods Properties. The park was purchased by Greensboro-based Deep River Partners. CBRE|Raleigh’s Ben Kilgore and CBRE|Triad’s Greg Wilson and Reggie Beeson represented Highwoods in the transaction.

Airpark East Office Park contains four class A buildings totaling 298,037 square feet. It offers an array of on-site amenities such as a conference center and cafe, as well as outdoor features including walking trails, an amphitheater, and wooded picnic areas. Airpark East is located along Albert Pick Road with visibility to I-40.

Airpark East is currently leased by CBRE|Triad.
