Veteran Office Leasing Team Joins CBRE in Portland, Oregon

CBRE announced that Dan Swift and Lana Baldock have joined the company’s Portland office as Senior Vice Presidents. Mr. Swift and Ms. Baldock will focus on office leasing and sales in the Pacific Northwest and across the U.S.

The team is rejoining CBRE after 16 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where they served as Managing Directors. Mr. Swift brings 35 years of industry experience and has negotiated more than 1,800 office lease and sale transactions representing over $3 billion in total consideration. Ms. Baldock has more than 28 years of industry experience and has completed lease and sale transactions representing nearly 14 million sq. ft. valued at over $2 billion. They became partners in 1999 while at CBRE and its predecessor company Insignia.

“Dan and Lana are widely regarded as leaders in office leasing and sales in Portland, and we’re excited to welcome them back to CBRE,” said Jason Green, Managing Director of CBRE’s Portland office. “Their experience will help our office practice provide sound advice to owners and occupiers as they adjust to accommodate new working patterns.”

Mr. Swift graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance and marketing. He holds the CCIM designation and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Mr. Swift currently serves on the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette Board of Directors and the Portland Christian Schools Board of Trustees.

Ms. Baldock earned a Bachelor of Science in sociology at Portland State University and holds the CCIM designation. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and served as a co-chair of the CREW Careers Committee.
