Windham Brannon Extends Headquarters Lease at 3630 Peachtree in Atlanta

CBRE announced that Windham Brannon, LLC, an Atlanta-based accounting firm, has extended its headquarters lease at 3630 Peachtree in Buckhead, a neighborhood just a few miles north of Atlanta’s Central Business District. The firm will occupy 28,259 sq. ft. on the building’s entire 6th floor for an additional 12 years.

Founded in 1957, Windham Brannon is a recognized leader in providing audit, tax and advisory services for businesses and high net-worth individuals both nationally and globally. The firm is also nationally ranked as one of Inside Public Accounting’s Top 200 firms and Accounting Today’s Top Southeast firms. Windham Brannon has been headquartered at 3630 Peachtree for the past 11 years and has approximately 200 employees working in the Buckhead area.

Dale Lewis with CBRE in Atlanta represented Windham Brannon in lease negotiations. Greg Frankum and Matt Spickard of Transwestern represented the landlord, Dallas-based Granite Properties.

Developed in 2010, the 33-floor building consists of 17 office floors and 16 residential floors by Ritz-Carlton Residences. The office portion of the building was bought earlier this year by Granite. CBRE represented the seller in the sale and arranged acquisition financing on behalf of Granite.
