Airport Logistics Park is a 725,400 ± sq. ft. industrial project located just west of Interstate 75 and
adjacent to Ocala International Airport (OCF). The project is being developed in two phases: Phase I
which is currently 100% leased and Phase II which will consist of two industrial facilities, a 100,000 sq. ft.
Class A, rear-load warehouse, with only 67,250 sq. ft. remaining available and a 400,400 sq. ft. crossdock distribution facility. Targeted completion for Building C is Q2 2023.
