Our vision is to drive positive client outcomes by combining
data from internal, external, and third party sources, thereby improving
visibility into operations and enabling more informed decisions.
We understand that our clients require solutions that are
flexible to their unique technology and business environments. Our approach is designed to accommodate those
differences and creates distinct advantage for our clients in the following
Big Data Architecture
Our Enterprise Data Platform is built to scale and
flex with advances in technology – we can adapt as innovation happens with
individual technology systems, data sources, and connections options. Our
clients benefit with a long-term solution that grows and changes with the
entity rather than a solution that will need to be replaced when technology
take a data-centric rather than system-centric approach to data integration
and governance. As a result, we are not beholden to prescribed systems or
data sources. Our clients benefit by being able to tap data sources outside
of its legacy applications and even CBRE systems.
We can send integrated data back into client
systems as needed, via APIs or web services, using our Enterprise Data Platform.
Our clients benefit by receiving integrated data sets, where appropriate, for
further use within their business.
Our performance management culture is centered on
empowering our people and clients with information that helps them make
better decisions, not just dashboards. Our clients benefit from CBRE’s
investment in our platform and in our Business Analytics Team – all of which
is solely focused on delivering and supporting scalable integrated data

to cleanse, conform, consolidate, and audit the data. A single source of common
data is then used across multiple systems to establish integrated reports and
visual dashboards. These dashboards become the new starting point to investigate,
identify, analyze, and answer business-critical decisions.
Data governance is the foundation for our
solutions. Strong data governance requires strict adherence to the core
governance disciplines: data quality management, information lifecycle
management, and security & privacy. Proper and continuous
execution of these disciplines allows enterprise data to be trusted and
