- Take-up in Central London for Q4 2017 was 3.8 million sq ft, an increase of 10% on the previous quarter and 23% above the 10-year average.
- There were seven deals over 100,000 sq ft in Q4, the largest of which saw WeWork acquire 135,500 sq ft at The Bard, The Stage, EC2.
- Availability fell by 1% to stand at 13.7 million sq ft, remaining below the 10-year average of 14.9 million sq ft.
- Under offers fell by 5% to 3.1 million sq ft, but remained above the 10-year average of 2.8 million sq ft.
