Greater Hartford’s Office market recorded its second consecutive quarter of negative absorption, recording 112,785 sq. ft. This brings the loss in occupancy through the first half of 2017 to over 470,000 sq. ft. Accordingly, availability and vacancy both saw increases, reaching 18.6% and 17.2% respectively, following a trend that started last quarter. Asking rents remained generally flat across all classes.
