Retail - Better-than-expected consumption and leasing demand ensured the decline in high street rents in the four core areas decelerated. However, Central continued to experience some pressure due to mounting vacancy. Mid-range products and F&B are likely to remain the key drivers of leasing demand. CBRE Research forecasts that high street rents will incur a moderate decline in 2017.
