France Real Estate Market Outlook 2018 (in French)

Attractivité renforcée, contexte européen porteur : 2018 se présente à nouveau sous de bons augures. Mais les taux qui resteront sous pression, du moins pour les petits et moyens volumes, ainsi que les problèmes de liquidité sur certains segments de marché conduiront les acquéreurs à poursuivre leurs stratégies différenciées, en termes de prise de risque mais aussi selon les classes d’actifs. Ils chercheront à élargir le scope de leur horizon d’investissement.

A périmètre constant, les volumes devraient donc  se stabiliser. La poursuite de l’expansion du marché français devrait continuer à passer par sa diversification
