South East Asia Infographic- How Active are Retailers March 2016
- The results based on the 7th edition of How Active are Retailers report showed that 26% of retailers surveyed identified South East Asia countries as target markets for 2016.
- Interest in the region appear to stem mainly from the Mid-range Fashion and Luxury & Business sectors.
- 48% of retailers targeting South East Asia come from Europe, ahead of North America and Asia Pacific.
- 65% of retailers have typical store size requirements of less than 500 sqm and cautious sentiments prevail with majority of surveyed retailers targeting to open less than 10 stores in a chosen South East Asia country.
