2018 recorded the second highest office take-up and strong rental growth
- Gross office take-up was 62,000 sq m in the last quarter of the year (+ 8% q-o-q) and the cumulative area occupied in 2018 reached 206,200 sq m (+24% y-o-y).
- Redevelopment works were initiated in two buildings, both with pre-let contracts
- Rental increases, between 3% and 5%, were recorded in all office zones in the fourth quarter. Further rental growths are expected over the next months.
