High-profile companies Deloitte and Alter Domus moved to Cloch d’Or, as this district sees notable development completions. The Luxembourgish public sector was active in Q4, as the BFI sector was limited to smaller deals. High take-up and limited new development drove vacancy to an extremely low 3.8%. CRE investment registered €972 million for the quarter and an outstanding €2 billion for the year, the highest post-crisis volume.
