- Activity in the GCB market remained healthy in 1H 2018, with 17 units transacted.

- The average price slightly by 4.6% from 2H 2017 to $1,502 psf, marked by smaller deals; with only 8 GCBs sold in the period with deal sizes greater than $20 mil.

- 6 bungalows in Sentosa Cove were sold in 1H 2018. Prices for Sentosa Cove bungalows were 19.5% lower at $1,598 psf.

- Sales of luxury homes rose in 1H 2018 to 232 units, on the back of well received launches.

- Average prices among luxury apartments were $2,798 psf  for 1H 2018, higher than $2,505 psf in 2H 2017. The highest unit price transacted was $4,630 psf.

- Although new cooling measures were introduced in July, prime projects with good location and are deemed good value will still remain sought after.
