Q3 Thames Valley and M25 office market update:

•Overall Q3 saw 23 transactions above 10,000 sq ft which was a 28% reduction  from Q2. 60% of these were sub 20,000 sq ft whilst  only 2 were in excess of 50,000 sq ft.

•Q3 2016 office take-up in the SE  as a whole  totalled approximately 611,000 sq ft. This was 17% below Q2 and 15% below the 5 year quarterly average.
