Dr. Henry Chin 金纬博士
Head of Research, Asia Pacific, CBRE
Dr. Henry Chin is responsible for providing a full and innovative range of research, analysis and consultancy services in Asia Pacific. He has extensive experience working with renowned financial institutes including Prudential Financials and Deutsche Bank Group. With more than 12 years research experience for Asia Pacific and Global real estate markets, Dr. Chin is also an Assistant Professor at National Taipei University (Taiwan); guest lecturer at Oxford Brookes University (UK); and guest speaker at Hong Kong University (HK).
Frank Chen 陈仲伟
Head of Research, China, CBRE
Frank Chen is responsible for the management and direction of the company’s national research platform which provides real estate market research, econometric forecasting and consulting solutions to real estate investors and occupiers. Frank was most recently with BNP Paribas, where he was Executive Director and Head of Property Research at the Equities Research department. He has worked in several international markets, including Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand, and has held equity research and investment banking roles at organizations such as JP Morgan Securities, Cazenove and Macquarie Bank.
Virginia Huang 黄蔚
Regional Managing Director of Northern China
Virginia Huang currently serves as Regional Managing Director of CBRE Northern China, overseeing the business growth and day-to-day operations of the Region. Meanwhile, Virginia looks after CBRE business in the Beijing market with an aim to further expand CBRE market position and to effectively support clients in real estate requirements both locally and regionally. Virginia is also a member of Greater China Executive Committee, led by Ben Duncan, President of North Asia and working with other executive members in driving the next phase of growth for CBRE’s Greater China.
Virginia has 19 years industry experience with in-depth knowledge in commercial real estate operations. Virginia is responsible in leading the Northern China team to provide a full range of real estate services to our clients, including developers, investors and occupiers, from consulting, valuation, asset management to transaction management.
Mathieu Miossec 马修
Head of the Real Estate Department, Volkswagen Group China
Mathieu Miossec is Head of the Real Estate Department of Volkswagen Group China. He joined Volkswagen at the German headquarters in 2009, working as a lawyer and an international project manager for Volkswagen Immobilien GmbH, the real estate company of the Volkswagen Group. He created and built up the first real estate department of the Group outside of Germany and relocated to Beijing at the end of 2013 in order to structure and manage the real estate activities of Volkswagen in China and in the Asian region.
Before joining Volkswagen, Mathieu Miossec has been working 9 years for Vivendi, a French listed conglomerate. As a lawyer and managing director of the real estate entities of the Vivendi Group in Berlin, he was in charge of the management and dismantlement of the real estate portfolio in Germany. After having sold or liquidated all the real estate activities of Vivendi in Germany, he joined in 2008 the international organic lighting start-up Novaled in Dresden as a Senior Advisor Strategic Alliances to create joint-ventures and partnerships with the automotive industry.
Mathieu Miossec has studied law in France and Germany and has received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Humboldt University in Berlin. He has been working for over 15 years as a corporate lawyer in the real estate sector.
Andrew Zhu 朱桉
Managing Partner of Tax and Legal Services, Deloitte Northern China
Andrew Zhu is the managing partner of Deloitte Northern China Tax and Legal Services. He has more than 25 years of experience in China and the U.S. tax practices. Since joining Deloitte in 1999, Andrew has worked in the Detroit, San Jose and Shenzhen offices, and has been actively involved in several outbound and inbound projects serving multinational and Chinese based companies such as General Motors, Flextronics, CNPC, CIC, etc. He has extensive experience on global tax planning, compliance and structuring, and provides cross-border business and tax consulting services.
Before joining Deloitte, Andrew has been working for the Chinese State Administration of Taxation (national office) for 7 years. Currently, he is also a specially invited tax expert of the National People's Congress, Ministry of Finance and the SAT to assist in the China taxation reform. Andrew is an Eli Broad Scholar and received his MBA in finance and accounting from Michigan State University and BA majoring in Economics from Renmin University of China. He is a CPA in China and the United States, and has published more than 40 articles and 3 books (co-authored) on Chinese taxation.
Tina Hao 郝群
General Manager, Beijing CCP Commercial Management Co., Ltd.
Ms. Hao Qun has engaged in real estate related fields of management for many years. She also has rich experience in marketing planning of real estate and worked for Beijing Jiudingxuan Real Estate Enterprises Ltd, DTZ and other professional real estate consultancies. During the period in Guohua Real Estate, Ms. Hao Qun was deeply involved in the design, market positioning, marketing planning, investment operation and other work of China Central Place. Currently, she is responsible for the overall asset management of China Central Place.
