CBRE conducted a comprehensive survey of tenants in 28 Grade A office buildings in Chengdu, once in 2012, and once again in 2015.
The 2015 survey involved nearly 2,000 settled enterprises, of which the occupied space included more than 1.1 million sq. m., accounting for more than 90% of the total area of occupied Grade A office space in Chengdu.
In this report, we analyze the source of Chengdu Grade A office demand from the perspective of tenants so as to provide a reference for developers and landlords to conduct their leasing strategy.
