General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Hewlett Packard Enterprise
Rishi Varma serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, and oversees Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s legal department globally. He and his team handle, among other things, HPE’s corporate governance, strategic acquisitions, divestitures and investments, litigation, intellectual property, commercial contracting, sales and supply chain issues, securities law compliance and disclosure, treasury and financing transactions, and certain other corporate transactions and restructurings, bankruptcy, credit and collections matters and employee compensation and retiree benefits. From 2013 – 2017, Rishi served as Deputy General Counsel overseeing HPE’s corporate, securities and M&A practice.
General Counsel, Exelon
Gayle Littleton was named Exelon’s general counsel in November 2020. She serves as the top legal advisor to Exelon's Board and senior management, and she oversees the company's legal and corporate governance departments. Prior to joining Exelon in 2020, Littleton was Co-Chair of the Investigations, Compliance and Defense Practice at Jenner & Block LLP, where she led complex investigations and litigation matters. Littleton was Chambers USA-ranked in white-collar investigations and was named on Global Investigations Review's list of 100 "Women in Investigations" globally. She served on Jenner's Management Committee and co-chaired the firm's Women's Forum Steering Committee, comprised of women partners across offices.

Nancy Westphal serves as General Counsel for the Americas as well as CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business. In her Americas role, Nancy and her legal team provide a broad range of legal support aligned to the goals and objectives of this $7 billion+ business. As General Counsel for GWS, Nancy provides legal executive oversight for CBRE’s global, integrated, full-service real estate outsourcing business serving the world’s largest real estate occupiers across more than 50 countries. Nancy sits on the GWS Global Executive Committee. Nancy joined CBRE as part of the 2007 merger with Trammell Crow Company. At Trammell Crow Company Nancy served as Assistant General Counsel.

Brian has worked in professional services for nearly two decades, including over a decade at top tier strategy and management consulting firms. Since 2012, he has focused exclusively on the legal market helping corporate legal departments and law firms to achieve digital and organizational transformation. Throughout his career he has led sales and business development functions and collaborated with well over 100 unique organizations across industries and geographies to exceed financial and operational goals, often by introducing new approaches to common legal and compliance challenges, such as resource flexibility and scalability, data analysis, technology adoption and business value creation. At Morae, Brian leads the Americas sales function and executes their go-to-market strategy for revenue growth and business expansion.

Kasey Garcia is a Senior Director and Southwest Region Lead for CBRE’s workplace practice based in los Angeles. Kasey leads Research & Development for CBRE’s Americas Workplace practice. With a background in design and business consulting, her role is to identify the key challenges of a client’s existing workplace environment and develop a cohesive future occupancy strategy for single office locations and global portfolios. Kasey specializes in creating a business case for change by demonstrating how data can better inform efficient and effective programming and workflows.
