Evan Koplan and Serena Wedlich specialize in the leasing and sale of industrial properties as part of CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics Services. With a geographically focused approach on the greater Phoenix’s Southeast Valley (Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert) and the surrounding areas near Sky Harbor International Airport, Evan and Serena have an intimate understanding of these submarkets to best advise clients on their real estate decisions.
