About

This webpage is a directory of all the CBRE standard Supplier terms and conditions (hereafter t&c’s) of purchase in each country.

The Webpage is divided into 3 tables, and this is due to the types of t&c’s available in the respective countries.

Countries listed in the first table all have 1 set of terms and condition which may be in both English and the local country language and are used by CBRE GWS. Please note that the documents are direct translations of each other and can be downloaded for your records.

Countries listed in the second table (UK; USA; Belgium; Croatia; Czech Republic; Denmark; Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Luxembourg; Hungary; Netherlands; Poland; Serbia; Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain) all have 5 sets of t&c’s for the relevant to the types of work (maintenance services, extra works, projects, supply of goods or goods for hire) and are used by CBRE GWS. If you are unsure which terms are applicable, please check which t&c’s are named on the relevant CBRE Purchase Order. You also have the option to download the relevant t&c’s in either English or the local language for your records.

In some instances, we have provided an invoice check list to assist in the correct process and requirements to issue CBRE an invoice. Please ensure your accounts team are familiar with this to ensure timely payment of your Orders.

Please note UK has multiple entities but all the UK entities use the same t&c’s as shown in the second table.

The third table for EMEA & APAC In the third table is the CBRE Inc. Terms and conditions of purchase and should only be used if your Purchase Order was issued by CBRE Inc. and the Purchase Order specifically states that the Global Terms and Conditions are applied. The links will take to the Global Terms and Conditions which can be downloaded for your records.
