Noel, an Associate on the Transaction Management team, shares experiences and insights about her journey with CBRE. She offers a rich perspective on her non-linear career growth, the company's values and the opportunities employees are afforded to enable their potential to become real.

Noel began her career in customer service and became a leasing agent before eventually joining CBRE in 2017. She attributes her growth and career progression to the company's focus on employee development, saying, "CBRE is an extremely supportive company to work for. Throughout her time at CBRE, she has held multiple roles across different business lines, demonstrating the freedom to create your own path to success.

While she acknowledges that she knew little about the company before joining, she has come to realize how supportive CBRE is as an employer.
