After completing the program, you’ll be placed at a Meta Data Center and employed by one of Meta’s contractors – joining a community of fellow installers. You’ll continue learning on the job and earn a steady income.

This four-week technician pathway program, led by CBRE's industry experts, is your launchpad into an exciting and essential role at Meta's data centers. CBRE has hired and trained more installers and technicians than any company in the world, so you'll be learning from the best. It’s designed to take you from the ground up, equipping you with the hands-on skills and knowledge to thrive in this specialized field.
