ReconciliationOur CBRE Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) focuses on how we can drive a more inclusive workforce by creating awareness and understanding in our journey to support reconciliation.
Family Friendly WorkplaceEnsuring that parents are supported before, during and after parental leave. Our family friendly policies are reinforced by a Parents Hub which includes a toolkit with resources, tips and tools for both parents and managers and an in-house return to work program.
Building Equality with the LGBTQI+ CommunityMaking meaningful changes within our workplaces to support our LGBTQI+ people and foster an inclusive environment. Our LGBTQI+ focus was recognised in 2021 when CBRE was awarded Silver status in the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) for the 2nd year running.
