Over 18 months, brokers receive hands-on coaching, mentoring, access to prominent CBRE executives, and virtual and in-person training. Brokers gain real-world transaction and client scenario experience they can use with them on the job. High performers come away with the leadership and sales skills they need to realize their potential and grow their business.

Four hours per week of engagement
80% meeting/call attendance rate
18-month commitment
Active participation in cohort meetings
Cameras on for all calls
Adherence to market and national Rules of the Road
Weekly reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
