William Caparis is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics practice in El Paso, Texas. During his 30-plus-year career in the commercial real estate business, Mr. Caparis’ focus has been on industrial real estate representing primarily institutional landlord and developers in the El Paso market. He specializes in landlord agency representation, advises developer clients on new development projects and works with CBRE Capital Markets on acquisition and disposition assignments. In this role he has focused primarily on representing institutional landlords and developers in the El Paso market.
At present, Mr. Caparis oversees the leasing of an industrial portfolio that is over 12 M square feet, consisting of warehouse / distribution / logistics and manufacturing buildings.
