Jim Bolt has participated in an industry-leading number of sale and lease transactions, including the largest single industrial sale transaction in Colorado, a 2.1M SF portfolio sale of Class A industrial. Jim is an 18-time winner of NAIOP’s prestigious Broker of the Year award and Denver Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter in 1994, 1996-2007, and 2009-2017. He has also been the top industrial producer within the Denver CBRE office 26 times and has been the top overall producer in Denver seven times, making him a clearly recognized industry expert. Jim has been in the “Colbert Coldwell Circle” six times, which is a group of the top producers within CBRE internationally. In 2010, Jim received the prestigious NAIOP Outstanding Broker Achievement Award for career achievement.

Capital Markets

Our industrial capital markets business has had a leading local capital market share for over two decades and is a trusted partner for navigating the industrial real estate landscape. We leverage our deep local market expertise, extensive relationships, and a data-driven approach to deliver outsized results for clients as they seek to buy, sell, or recapitalize industrial assets.

Leasing

Our industrial leasing business consists of a listing portfolio of over 17 million SF from some of the countries and Denver’s best landlords. We also represent some of the nation’s best occupiers as they determine their real estate strategy in the Denver market. We have invested heavily in team infrastructure to deliver best-in-class data and services to our clients and leverage our deep market knowledge, extensive network and creative marketing to bring energy and results to our clients.

National Partners

CBRE Industrial National Partners consists of 38 investment sales professionals and 58 support professionals located in all key logistics hubs from coast to coast. The partnership has had the nation’s leading market share for over 15 years and uses close collaboration and their leading market share to deliver real-time information and advice to their clients.
