While the office market continues to lean in tenants’ favor, with its abundance of available space and generous landlord concessions, we anticipate this resurgence in transit use and worker foot traffic to be followed by an uptick in leasing activity.

May 2023 saw record-setting monthly ridership for Sound Transit’s Link Light Rail. With 79,525 rides per day, ridership is now higher than at any time pre-pandemic.
