Most data center development in Columbus comes from

- Columbus is centrally located between several major data
center markets, including Chicago, New York/New Jersey, and
Northern Virginia. - Most data center development in Columbus comes from

Notable Activity
- QTS purchased 93 acres for the future development of two data
centers totaling roughly 1 million sq. ft. - Nationwide leased out a 100,000 sq. ft. data center to Expedient.
- Amazon announced plans to invest $3.5B to build five data centers in
New Albany by 2030. In total, Amazon plans to invest $7.8B in Ohio
data centers by 2030.
