CBRE’s new Artificial Intelligence: U.S. Talent Spotlight national report explores the demand surge for talent with specialized skills related to the creation and implementation of AI. The tech industry is the top employer of AI talent, at 39% of the U.S. total. Over 20,000 people are employed in AI roles in Seattle, trailing only the San Francisco Bay Area region in AI employees, on a per capita basis.
