Brown's Automotive Group

The Safford Automotive Group purchased 16 Brown's Automotive Group dealerships located in Maryland and Virginia, doubling Safford's store count. It was the largest buy/sell transaction in 2022.  Although complex, the deal closed within a course of 7 months.  The transaction included 14 new franchises, one used vehicle store, and a muscle/classic car store.
