Wohali

The sprawling Wohali development is a fully entitled, partially developed 4,950-acre private golf and mountain resort community and backcountry preserve located about 25 minutes north of Park City in the Utah’s Wasatch Range. The master-planned resort development encompasses 1,588 acres and features an 18-hole championship golf course completed in 2024, an emerging 15-hole short course approximately 60% completed, 94 remaining family estate lots (20 finished, 74 future), and 303 entitled resort village units, with 8 townhomes currently under construction. More than $105 million in infrastructure and amenities have been completed, including roads, utilities, and a temporary clubhouse. The offering also includes 3,362 acres of permanently conserved backcountry, providing privacy and protected open space.

CBRE Golf and Resort Properties was selected by the Chapter 11 US Trustee to run a Section 363 bankruptcy sale process for Wohali. This federal bankruptcy sale provided an opportunity for prospective buyers to evaluate a significant, institutional-quality asset with a substantial foundation already in place. The property ultimately sold for $65 million, marking a successful transaction for this large-scale mountain resort community.
