At the close of the quarter, 157 million Sq. ft. of stock were recorded, which represented an annual increase of 4% and 6 million Sq. ft. of new supply.
The new supply in H1 2025 reached 3.1 million Sq. ft., while 6.1 million sq. ft. of construction activity was recorded, a figure that represents an annual increase of 6% compared to Q2 2024.
In Q1 2025, the vacancy rate was recorded at 3.5%, below the levels reported in Q1 2024 (4.6%).
