The Berlin office leasing market maintained its strong momentum in the third quarter of 2026. Total take-up reached approximately 567,400 sq m in the first nine months of the year, 38% above the prior-year period and the strongest first-three-quarter result since 2022. Around 184,000 sq m was transacted in the third quarter alone.
