Q4 leasing volume stayed on par with the previous quarter at 31 new leases signed. The
largest of which was signed just north of 12,000 sq. ft., although the total of all new
leases, subleases and renewals totaled only 102,422 sq. ft. The North Charleston
submarket saw the most transactions with a total of 51,631 sq. ft., and 11 leases signed.
Although there weren’t many large leases in Q4, this is keeping in line with the national
trend of companies leasing smaller spaces while evaluating return to office metrics.
