–   The Dallas/Fort Worth office-using sector collectively added 56,300 jobs throughout the last 12 months and surpassed the pace of overall DFW job growth.

–   Net absorption was in negative territory for the quarter, bumping vacancy up to 24.6%.

–   Ongoing development ticked down to 4.8 million sq. ft., or 2% of existing inventory.

–   Weekly office utilization rates averaged 53% throughout the quarter, exceeding the national large metro average but falling short of Houston and Austin.
