The latest data from CBRE reveals key trends in the European data centre market. Frankfurt became only the second European market to exceed 1GW of operational data centre supply in Q2 2025. However, the volume of capacity contracted by hyperscalers and enterprises declined 26% year-on-year in H1, with organisations committing to 272MW, down from 366MW in the first half of last year.
