The German industrial and logistics real estate market recorded take-up of 4.9 million sq m in 2024, which corresponds to a decline of 8% compared to 2023. In the top 5 logistics regions, on the other hand, take-up fell only minimally by just over 2%, which enabled them to increase their share slightly to 27%.
