The IE’s average asking lease rate increased by 0.8% quarter-over-quarter and 2.8% yearover-year to $2.07 per sq. ft. 

Vacancy was 8.6%, unchanged quarter over quarter and year over year, driven by a slight increase in deal velocity.

Year to date, net absorption was negative 80,422 sq. ft., compared to negative 207,557 sq. ft. total net absorption for the first half of 2020.
