Italy Industrial & Logistics Market Figures, Q3 2026

Industrial & Logistics take-up reached approximately 811,000 sq m in Q3 2026, a record third quarter, up both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year. Absorption outpaced completions and the national vacancy rate fell, returning to the level recorded a year ago. Most of the space due for delivery by year-end is already absorbed, while prime rents continued to rise on the quarter.

Investment volumes totalled €619 million, down on Q2 but up year-on-year. Value-add strategies continued to drive activity, while the prime yield was unchanged, with upward revisions possible in the coming months.
