At the close of Q4 2025, total industrial inventory stood at 721 million sq. ft. with another 3.9 million sq. ft. under construction. Net absorption totaled negative 2.3 million sq. ft. year-to-date, bringing the overall vacancy rate to 6.8%. Current tenant requirements stood at 45.9 million sq. ft. of active users touring or negotiating space needs in the region.
