Following increased activity in the second half of the year, the total investment volume for I&L assets reached NOK 14.3 billion in 2025. Despite a notable decline from 2024, the segment’s share of total transaction volume remains just below the 10 year average of 18 percent.
Importantly, the decline in transaction volume does not indicate reduced investor interest in the segment. The CBRE Investor Intentions Survey shows that I&L assets remain the second-most-preferred asset class among investors.
